By January 2020, Concept+Partners decided to follow very closely this new disease that appeared in China a few weeks before. A weekly press review was presented to the whole office in order to be able to prevent anything it in case of necessity (but nobody was really prepared at the time).
A crisis unknown!
After the announcement of the pandemic, the world comes to a standstill and severe security measures for some and fair for others are taken. From the very beginning of the lockdown in Luxembourg, Concept+Partners takes its responsibilities as a responsible company and decides to close all its facilities immediately and until further notice. Its challenge: to guarantee the safety of employees and guests.
A virus that reveals its secrets.
Today, after 6 weeks of total lockdown, the situation stabilizes, the first measures of the end of the lockdown are announced, Covid-19 reveals its secrets. It is following this knowledge, the government’s control of the disease and the improvement of the general situation that Concept+Partners decided to reopen step by step its restaurants in a few cities.

The management of Concept+Partners has decided with all the stakeholders of the group (employees, office, managers and partners) to proceed with a partial opening as of April 28, 2020. If the challenge remains to guarantee the safety of employees and guests, during these 6 weeks, Concept+Family has worked on the procedures to be respected in order to guarantee the best possible sanitary conditions for everyone.
To date it is still impossible to give an opinion on the global opening of the group, but a progressive plan of opening per establishment has been elaborated. With a special, secure design in the restaurants and strict procedures for the exchange of orders and payments have been prepared and presented to employees beforehand, the restaurants and their teams are now ready to start operating again.
Our restaurants at your service.
Fabrik in Mersch will offer its services from 28.04.2020 for the lunch service. The delivery will take place in his town and its surroundings. To order guests will have the possibility to go through his dedicated website: eat.fabrik.lu or by phone.
Schräinerei will also open its doors from Tuesday, April 28th for the lunch service. Like Fabrik, it will have its own website eat.schrainerei.lu and a telephone for orders. For delivery in and around Differdange or take away, Schräinerei is ready to serve you.
Kin Khao, the Thai concept of the group will only offer delivery from 28 April 2020 by using the services of our partner WEDELY in Luxembourg city and its surroundings.
As for Parc Le’h, it will offer its services for take-away sales from 5 May 2020.
A step to the end
The daily life of all citizens will change, the Horeca businesses will have to adapt and Concept+Partners will do the same. Today, thanks to a great collaboration between all the group’s stakeholders, Concept+Partners is prepared and the opening of its 4 establishments is the first step towards the end, a long road that it will overcome!
