With its Chef's Table concept, Studio sets its own pace and stands out for its innovative approach. Tucked inside the TASTE Food Hall, opposite the Central bar, this counter-style restaurant offers a behind-the-scenes view of the kitchen and a chance for direct interaction with the chefs. Here, there are no starters or main courses, only refined, freshly prepared creations made with exceptional ingredients, prepared and served right before the guests' eyes.
 This distinctive gastronomic space features bold and flavourful dishes designed to be shared or enjoyed individually. It is also the only area of the TASTE Food Hall available for reservations, seating up to 26 guests at the counter and hosting private events for up to 50 people.
 Headed by chefs Jo&euml;l Schaeffer and Pierre-Jean Antoine, Studio showcases their culinary expertise and the elegance of their craft.
