Each new employee of the company is surprised by our members’ passion and dedication to their jobs and colleagues. C+P is one big family where every member gets to know each other through shared activities organized throughout the year.


Our teams are in constant evolution, and many of our employees have the opportunity to grow as human beings and as professionals. Many of our former waiters are now managers of their restaurant and some were even promoted to C+P management team.


We strongly believe in the potential of our members. We invest a lot in their training. We give to our employees the opportunity to deepen their knowledge with training courses at the Chambre de Commerce.

Look at your CV and motivation as an opportunity to present your experience and aspirations, not as a checklist.

First interview

If you are selected, our human resources manager will contact you to schedule a first interview.

Second interview and 1-day trial

If you pass the first interview, you will meet with the concept manager for a second interview and directly after you will have the opportunity to show your skills in a 1-day trial.


If you convinced the concept manager that you are the right person for the job, you will be contacted by our human resources manager to sign your contract.
