The spring menu has arrived at Bistro Quai
We are delighted to present our new spring menu, created by our talented Chef Joël Schaeffer. The menu offers a wide selection of exquisite dishes ranging from tuna tataki, miso and bok choy to burrata ravioli with artichoke and truffle.
The fillet of turbot with citrus, miso and bok choy is another highlight of the menu. The fresh citrus notes and the umami flavour of the miso give the dish a unique and irresistible flavour.
